Bill's Kitchen

Eat in kitchen before remodel. Eat in kitchen after remodel.  Wall was taken out between kitchen and dining room to create larger room.  Kitchen was moved to far end of new room.  This remodel was a combined effort between the homeowner and CarterWorx. Exterior of house before kitchen remodel. Exterior of house after remodel.  Bay nook was taken out and a casement window added.  Smaller window was taken out in the center and a triple window was added on the right.

Kathryn’s Deck and Fence

Siding Repair

Refurbished deck with new screened room.  New roof and gutters on house. New shadow box fence and gate. This is a common problem that usually requires taking down all the siding on both walls to properly repair……at a big expense.  (see next pic) With our innovative techniques this repair was done in half the time at half the expense without taking down or disturbing any of the siding.

Church Building

New exterior wall on church porch with glass block window.  Wall is designed to control sound from large chiller unit (A/C) below. New windows, wrapped trim, new gutters, sound control wall, and new 8’ tall fence. Large custom fence to enclose chiller unit (A/C). Fence is 8’ tall and 6” thick. Full Kitchen Remodel – Oak Cabinets, Solid Surface Counters, Commercial Dishwashers next to Double Sinks, under counter Drawer Freezers, Commercial Range & Hood, and hand washing station.<br>Also includes (but not shown) – stacked Warming Ovens, stacked Convection Ovens, under counter Commercial Icemakers, large Commercial Refrigerator and meal planning area.

Barthol's Kitchen

Before After Dark Oak Cabinets with Black Granite.  Integrated Drawer Dishwashers to right of Sink.  Built-in Oven with Drop-in Stove. Under Cabinet Lighting with Lit Accent Cabinet. Integrated Built-in Refrigerator with Drawer Freezers below.  Pantry Cabinets to left of Refrigerator.

Tom's Addition
Before Demo complete.  Excavation started for 16x16 addition. Footings dug and rebar installed.  Ready for concrete.  Notice “L” shaped block; this will be used on the top course as a form for the concrete slab. Footings poured.  Block laid and parged.  Insulation, plastic, and wire installed.  Ready for concrete slab. Slab complete.  Foundation backfilled. Framing started.  Ready to tie into existing roof. Framing complete. New roofing on all. Windows installed. Siding started.
Siding complete. Notice small heat pump unit for addition.  Not much bigger than a large suitcase. Notice interior part of heat pump on left wall and remote control thermostat on right wall.  This heat pump is designed for single room use and is extremely efficient. Interior complete.  Recessed lights.  Ceiling Fan.  Carpet with wood border. Interior complete.  French doors with prairie grids.  Large 3 panel window. Close up of wool carpet and wood border.
Coach light next to French doors.  Ready for future patio. Completed addition.  


Jeanine's Kitchen
1st day of remodel.  Demo started. We use a laser to set our cabinets so everything is perfectly level and plumb. Installation of new maple cabinets. Almost done.  Beautiful. Maple cabinets, Oak floors, Recessed lights, and Under cabinet lighting. Exhaust for microwave hood runs above cabinets, into the attic, and through the roof. <br />Waiting for tile backsplash. Tile backsplash installed – Kitchen complete.

Harvey's Clubhouse
Before tile After tile. Notice custom tile inlay and new chair rail. Before After We installed floor outlets before installation of the tile.  This required cutting the concrete to run conduit. Close-up of ceramic inlay.
We also installed a 2-piece chair rail and painted it. Notice the chair rail end is returned.


Lori's Porch
Before Framing started.  Front columns installed.
